It is our Karup futon bed Japan carob brown 140x200cm, a wonderfully low platform that is reminiscent of a traditional Japanese bedroom! The Japan comes in four sizes, 90×200, 140×200, 160×200 or 180×200, and is made of sustainable materials sourced from Scandinavian forests that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. If you are looking for a modern yet timeless double bed to add to your room, then the futon bed Japan carob brown is the perfect choice!
You can choose from different futons and fillings, the frame is also available in natural. You can put together the Karup futon bed Japan entirely to your own taste, making every bed unique!
The bed comes standard with a solid wooden slatted base but you can also opt for the traditional one tatami bed base, which is made from braided rice fiber. It futon mattress has a capitonnage and is available in different comfort classes, from SG25 foam up to coconut of latex filling.
