Very satisfied. Ordered Tatami and traditional futon both delivered within 7 days on Sunday. Only received notice the night before. But surprised that the futon was also included, which was not in stock.

The sofa is beautiful (color/quality fabric) and easy to assemble. Two minuses are 1. I didn't realize that it came so close to the ground and 2. the bottom cushion is not well finished. That second point can be solved by turning the bottom cushion over.
