De futon beds have their origin in Japan. Futons are thinner firm mattresses with a 100% natural filling. The filling generally consists of wool, cotton or a coconut fiber filling. We have various mattress fillings that consist of four to twelve layers of filling cotton in combination with comfort foam, coconut fiber or natural latex. The frames are made of wood and can be painted in color as desired. Complete your futon bed with an authentic Japanese tatami mat. As you are used to from us, we also opt for smart and space-saving solutions with these beds. For example, you can store the Tojo futon bed system by stacking the legs on top of each other.
