The Japan comes in three sizes, 140x200, 160x200 or 180x200, and is made from sustainable materials sourced from Scandinavian forests that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. If you are looking for a modern yet timeless double bed to add to your room, the Japan black futon bed is the perfect choice!
You can choose from different futons and fillings, the frame is also available in natural. You can put together the Karup futon bed Japan entirely to your own taste, making every bed unique!
The bed comes standard with a solid wooden slatted base but you can also opt for the traditional one tatami bed base, which is made from braided rice fiber. It futon mattress has a capitonnage and is available in different comfort classes, from SG25 foam up to coconut of latex filling.
