RELAX . DREAM . STORE

The ZIGGY bed is thoughtfully designed with attention to both materials and functionality. Made from solid FSC®-certified pine wood, the gently curved frame offers a total of six open storage compartments, making it perfect for making the most of the space in your bedroom. The smart side pocket system is ideal for storing your favorite books or other essentials, while the wide frame surface easily accommodates charging your smartphones and tablets, eliminating the need for a nightstand.

ALWAYS . MAKE . SENSE

Like any responsible company, Karup Design continuously strives to make the world a better place. Social responsibility, the central concept at Karup Design, is "SENSE". A sensible way of thinking and acting for the well-being of the environment, the fight against climate change, job satisfaction, or for playing an active and caring role in our world.

The Karup Ziggy Natural futon bed 120×200 cm is the 'double' of the Ziggy series: a spacious single bed measuring 137 cm wide, 205 cm long, and 29 cm high, with six open storage compartments in the clear lacquered pine frame. Those who sleep alone but want space get an extra 30 cm of width here, plus a bedside table built into the bed.

The low, round frame keeps the room calm. The side compartments hold books and a phone, and the wide rim of the frame is the place for the charger.

Store in the frame

The Ziggy was designed by the Danish studio Says Who for Karup Design. The frame of solid FSC-certified pine features six open compartments, 12,5 cm deep, integrated into the curved sides. A slatted base and assembly instructions are included. On the 120, the slatted base serves as the surface; a tatami option is not available for this size.
